Overall look radiates modern sophistication, serving as an ideal centerpiece for environments that prioritize expert engineering.

The Baleno 2 Seater Sofa Black – Black/Yale is a two-seat sofa measuring W 136 × D 83 × H 80 cm, with a 44.5 cm seat height. It combines a tropical wood frame, PVC legs and Challis fabric upholstery to create a structured seating piece for living rooms, reception areas, reading corners and compact open-plan spaces.

Tropical wood frame and Challis fabric upholstery

The internal framework uses Tropical Wood, while the seat and back are covered in Challis Fabric. This combination gives the sofa a solid furniture structure with a woven textile surface that feels softer and warmer than a fully hard-surface finish.

The Black/Yale colour pairing adds contrast without introducing a busy pattern, making it easier to coordinate with neutral walls, timber furniture, rugs or darker occasional tables.

Deep seat and wide armrests for everyday sitting

A deep-seated profile and integrated wide armrests provide room to settle into the sofa for conversation, reading or screen time. The two-seat format gives each person a defined place without taking up the footprint of a larger family sofa.

At 44.5 cm from the floor to the seat, the sitting height works with common living-room coffee tables and side tables. Leave enough clearance around the arms and back so people can sit down and stand up without brushing against nearby furniture.

A compact sofa for living rooms and reception spaces

The 136 cm width suits apartments, condominiums, bedrooms with a small sitting area and home offices that need a proper guest seat. It can also form a waiting area in a reception room, where the geometric silhouette gives the space a more organised appearance.

Before ordering, measure the intended wall or rug zone as well as doorways, lifts, stair turns and corridors. The sofa arrives in KD, or knock-down, form, which supports moving the packed components through tighter access routes before assembly in the room.

PVC legs and a clean contemporary profile

Robust PVC legs support the sofa and continue its dark, neutral look from the upholstery down to the floor. The raised base keeps the lower edge visually lighter than a fully enclosed plinth, helping the seating area feel less bulky.

Its straight architectural lines work alongside contemporary cabinets, metal-framed tables, simple floor lamps and textured cushions. Use a rug beneath the front legs to define the seating zone in an open-plan layout.

What comes in the pack and assembly

This item is supplied as a KD sofa for assembly.

Plan a clear assembly area with access to the final position. Following the supplied assembly instructions and tightening each connection evenly helps the sofa sit squarely on the floor.

Daily care in a Malaysian home

Dust the fabric regularly with a soft brush or suitable upholstery attachment, and deal with spills promptly by blotting rather than rubbing. Keep sharp objects, rough surfaces and strong cleaning chemicals away from the Challis Fabric.

For humid rooms, allow air to circulate around the sofa and avoid placing it directly against a damp wall. Keep the upholstery dry after cleaning, and use coasters or a side table to reduce the chance of moisture reaching the fabric.
