Maxus 2 seater sofa in Cocoa colour leg, Seal colour Dimity fabric body. Maxus 2 Seater Sofa is a masterfully refined seating solution designed to introduce vintage-inspired clarity and professional warmth to streamlined contemporary interiors. Piece features an exposed architectural framework and legs meticulously crafted from Solid Malaysian Oak, highlighting the wood’s rhythmic grain patterns. Upholstery is wrapped in premium Fabric, offering a dense, multi-tonal weave that provides a soft tactile sense of luxury and visual depth. Design is defined by its clean, linear profile and ergonomic cushioning, featuring distinctive structured armrests that add disciplined geometric texture. Architectural profile ensures a grounded, authoritative presence while maintaining a light floor presence suitable for high-traffic boutique lounges or executive offices. Overall look radiates a timeless, authoritative presence, serving as an ideal centerpiece for professional environments that value authentic wood artistry and refined material depth.

The Maxus 2 Seater Sofa is a two-seat sofa measuring W 139 × D 86 × H 94 cm, with a 47 cm seat height. Its Cocoa Malaysian Oak frame and legs pair with Seal Dimity fabric upholstery to create a structured, comfortable place for everyday sitting in a living room, reading corner, reception area or home office.

Solid Malaysian Oak frame and legs

The exposed frame and legs are made from Solid Malaysian Oak, with visible grain that gives the sofa a defined timber character. The open architectural structure keeps the lower area visually clear, making the seating feel grounded without appearing bulky in a room.

Cocoa-coloured wood brings warmth beside neutral walls, timber flooring, woven rugs and other natural finishes. It also gives the sofa a clear material contrast against the Seal fabric body, so the frame remains part of the room’s overall look rather than disappearing beneath the upholstery.

Seal Dimity fabric upholstery

The body is wrapped in Seal Dimity fabric, whose dense, multi-tonal weave adds a soft tactile surface and subtle visual depth. Its neutral tone can sit comfortably with cushions, throws and living-room textiles in earthy, grey or natural colour families.

Fabric upholstery is suited to relaxed sitting, reading and conversation. Keep the sofa away from sharp objects and wipe spills promptly with a clean, absorbent cloth to help prevent marks settling into the fabric.

Structured arms and ergonomic cushioning

Distinctive structured armrests give the sofa a clean linear outline, while the cushioning supports everyday sitting without making the design look overstuffed. The defined arms help establish individual seating space for two people and provide a firm visual boundary in an open-plan layout.

Use it as the main seat in a compact lounge or as a dedicated conversation seat in a study or executive-style home office. Its two-seat format leaves more floor area around the sofa for a coffee table, side table or walkway.

Room planning and access

At 139 cm wide, the sofa can be planned along a living-room wall, beneath suitable artwork or opposite a television, provided the surrounding circulation area is measured first. The 86 cm depth should also be included when checking clearance from coffee tables, cabinets, doors and balcony or bedroom access points.

Before ordering, measure the full route from the entrance to the intended room, including lift doors, stair turns, corridors and the final doorway. Account for skirting boards and furniture already in place so the sofa can be positioned without blocking practical movement.

Knock-down assembly and care

The sofa uses KD (Knock Down) assembly, so it is assembled after delivery rather than arriving as one permanently fixed piece. This format can make handling through tighter access points more manageable; prepare a clear floor area and follow the supplied assembly instructions.

For routine care, vacuum fabric surfaces using a suitable upholstery attachment and dust the oak frame with a soft, dry cloth. In a humid Malaysian home, allow air to circulate around and beneath the sofa, avoid prolonged dampness and dry any moisture promptly.
