Closed storage cabinets and lockable storage boxes with two to ten doors, almost all in laminated board with a few in PVC, from low units about 49 cm high to slim towers around 210 cm.
Measure the gap first. Many of these cabinets are slim, around 40 cm wide and 34 to 46 cm deep, so they slot beside a wardrobe, bed or fridge, while wider units reach about 120 cm. Leave a few centimetres on each side and make sure the doors can swing open without hitting a wall or bed frame.
Match the number of doors to what you keep. A two or three door box suits a bedside or desk corner, while six, eight or ten doors give each person in the house a compartment of their own. Lockable doors help in shared rooms and homes with small children, keeping documents, medicines or valuables apart.
Laminated board wipes clean but does not like standing water, so keep cabinets off a wet floor or pick a version on legs. PVC cabinets suit spots near a bathroom or laundry area. If you are unsure which door layout fits your room, ask on WhatsApp.
