Vezel Lounge Chair

Vezel Lounge Chair is a masterfully crafted seating piece that celebrates the fluid, organic curves of mid-century design through a sophisticated fusion of timber and textile. Piece features a sculptural backrest and seat constructed from high-performance Bentwood, engineered to provide a natural, ergonomic cradle that supports the body’s posture with refined precision. Upholstery is executed in premium Challis Fabric in a refreshing Nile Green finish, offering a soft, tactile surface that adds a serene, multi-tonal organic energy to modern interior palettes. Architectural silhouette is defined by its low-profile frame and robust, angular legs crafted from Solid Malaysian Oak in a deep Cocoa finish, ensuring exceptional structural integrity and a grounded, authoritative presence. Its compact W640mm footprint and SH405mm seat height make it an ideal choice for urban lounge areas.

The Vezel Lounge Chair is a one-seater chair measuring W64 × D71 × H73.5 cm, with a 40.5 cm seat height. It combines a Malaysian Oak frame in Cocoa with a Bentwood seat and backrest upholstered in Nile Green Challis Fabric, giving you a compact, supportive seat for reading, relaxing or adding a defined lounge spot to a condo, apartment or house.

Bentwood seat and backrest for supported lounging

The seat and sculptural backrest use Bentwood to form a continuous, curved cradle around the body. This shape supports a relaxed sitting posture while keeping the chair's profile visually light, making it suitable for reading corners, living rooms and bedroom seating areas.

The low-profile form gives the chair a composed mid-century character without requiring a large footprint. Place it beside a side table or floor lamp to create a dedicated spot for reading, conversation or a short rest.

Malaysian Oak frame in Cocoa

Solid Malaysian Oak forms the angular legs and supporting frame, finished in a deep Cocoa colour. The timber structure gives the chair a grounded appearance and creates a clear contrast with the green upholstery.

Its wood-and-fabric combination works with timber coffee tables, neutral rugs, woven accessories and darker living-room finishes. The compact width also makes it easier to position without crowding a seating arrangement.

Nile Green Challis Fabric upholstery

Challis Fabric covers the seat and backrest in Nile Green, adding a soft textile surface and a muted colour accent. The tone can bring visual interest to neutral interiors while pairing naturally with oak, rattan, cream, beige and charcoal pieces.

For everyday use, keep the chair away from sharp objects, food spills and prolonged direct sunlight. Remove loose dust with a soft brush or upholstery attachment, then deal with marks promptly using a suitable fabric-care method.

Compact seating for urban rooms

The chair's 64 cm width suits smaller lounge areas, apartment living rooms, home offices and bedrooms where a full sofa would take up too much space. Measure the intended position, nearby furniture and the route through doors or lifts before arranging the chair.

A 40.5 cm seat height works with a standard side table or coffee table for placing a book, drink or lamp nearby. Leave enough clearance around the chair for people to sit down and stand up comfortably.

Built-up setup

The Vezel Lounge Chair arrives as a built-up piece, so there is no chair assembly to complete before use. This helps when furnishing a rented home or setting up a room quickly after delivery.

Keep the chair on a level floor and lift it when moving rather than dragging it across the surface. In a humid Malaysian home, allow air movement around the timber and fabric, and wipe moisture promptly.
