The Monte Sofa Bed is a compact metal-and-mohair-fabric sofa bed measuring W 100 × D 172 × H 72 cm. Available in Leaf Green or Warm Grey, it changes from everyday seating into a sleeping surface, giving condo, apartment and house interiors a practical way to support lounging and overnight stays within a limited footprint.
Metal frame and pet-friendly mohair fabric
A metal structural framework and metal legs give the sofa bed a clear, grounded profile, while plush cushioning creates a softer place to sit. The mohair fabric has a pet-friendly finish, making the upholstery suited to homes where cats or dogs share the living space.
The combination of a firm base and tactile upholstery balances a more architectural look with everyday comfort. Leaf Green adds colour to a room, while Warm Grey creates a quieter backdrop for cushions, rugs and side tables.
Sofa bed for sitting and sleeping
The transforming mechanism lets the Monte move between seating and sleep use. Keep it in sofa mode for reading, watching television or hosting guests, then convert it when an overnight sleeping surface is needed.
Its compact proportions help make use of a living room corner, studio apartment or spare room without requiring a separate full-size sofa and guest bed. Measure the open position as well as the closed position so nearby walkways and furniture remain clear.
A compact fit for contemporary rooms
With its 100 cm width and 172 cm depth, the Monte suits spaces where floor area needs to serve more than one purpose. It can define a small lounge zone, furnish a home office that doubles as a guest room, or provide occasional sleeping space in a rental.
The low, modern profile works with metal, timber and upholstered furnishings. Leave enough clearance around the sofa bed for the transformation mechanism and avoid placing it where doors, drawers or passages would be obstructed.
Knock-down assembly for moving in
The sofa bed uses KD, or knock-down, assembly. It arrives in parts for assembly at home, which can make carrying it through condo lifts, stairwells and narrower doorways more manageable.
Before assembling, clear a flat working area and keep the fittings together. Once built, check that each connection is tightened as instructed so the frame sits evenly on the floor.
Everyday upholstery care
Vacuum the fabric regularly with an upholstery attachment to remove dust, crumbs and pet hair before they work into the pile. Deal with spills promptly by blotting rather than rubbing, using a clean, lightly damp cloth and allowing the area to dry fully.
In Malaysia's humid conditions, keep the room aired and avoid pushing the sofa bed tightly against a damp wall. Do not saturate the mohair fabric or use harsh cleaning products; test any suitable fabric cleaner on a concealed area first.

What can I use the Monte Sofa Bed for?
Use it as everyday seating for relaxing, reading or watching television, then transform it into a sleeping surface for overnight guests. It can also support a home office or spare room that needs to serve more than one function.
Is the upholstery suitable for a home with pets?
Regular vacuuming and prompt blotting of spills help keep the upholstery looking presentable.
How do I care for it in Malaysia's humid weather?
Keep the room ventilated, allow the fabric to dry fully after cleaning and avoid placing the sofa bed tightly against a damp wall. Vacuum regularly and blot spills instead of rubbing or soaking the upholstery.
