The Ludlow Square Coffee Table is an 80 × 80 cm square table with a 41 cm height, made from Malaysian Oak, MDF and Oak veneer in a White Wash finish. Its broad tabletop, fluted sides and integrated drawer provide a practical centre for drinks, books and everyday living-room items while adding the calm, organic character of modern Japandi furniture.

Malaysian Oak, MDF and Oak veneer construction

A solid Malaysian Oak base supports an MDF body wrapped in Oak veneer. This combination brings natural wood texture to the room while giving the table a structured form for daily living-room use.

The White Wash finish keeps the appearance light and airy, making it easier to coordinate with neutral upholstery, woven textures, pale timber and contemporary apartment interiors. Oak grain and the finish add visual warmth without relying on ornate decoration.

Fluted sides and drawer front

Vertical fluted detailing runs along the sides and drawer front, creating a tactile surface with a clear architectural rhythm. The grooves add depth to the table’s simple square silhouette, so it reads as a furniture feature rather than only a place to set items.

The integrated drawer helps keep smaller living-room essentials together, such as remote controls, reading glasses or coasters. Keeping these items out of sight leaves the tabletop clearer between uses.

Square tabletop for everyday living

The square surface gives two seating sides and two corner areas equal access, which suits a sofa arrangement where people gather around the centre of the room. Use it for serving drinks, displaying books or placing a tray during conversations and family time.

Its low coffee-table profile works with sofas and lounge chairs without interrupting the visual connection across the seating area. Before arranging the room, allow space around the table for walking, pulling out seating and opening the drawer comfortably.

Built-up delivery and room placement

This table arrives set up as a built-up piece, so there is no assembly task to complete before placing it in the living room. Plan the route through doorways, lifts and corridors before bringing it indoors, particularly in a condominium or apartment.

Position it on a level floor and centre it within the seating layout. A rug beneath the table can define the conversation area, while open floor around the square edges helps the fluted profile remain visible.

Care for a White Wash wood finish

Dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth and wipe spills promptly with a lightly damp cloth. Use coasters, placemats and trays beneath drinks, hot items and decorative objects to reduce marks and moisture contact.

In a humid Malaysian home, keep the table away from prolonged direct sunlight, standing water and strong heat sources. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh cleaners and excessive water, as these can affect the White Wash finish and veneer surface.
