Hiace 1 Seater Sofa

Hiace 1 Seater Sofa is a commanding and masterfully structured seating piece designed to bring a touch of vintage-inspired prestige to modern professional or residential lounge environments. Piece features a high-strength internal framework crafted from a blend of solid wood and plywood, ensuring exceptional structural integrity and long-term durability for high-traffic use. Upholstery is wrapped in premium Vinyl in a deep and atmospheric Espresso tone, offering a sleek, high-sheen surface that is both exceptionally easy to maintain and visually synonymous with classic luxury. Design is defined by its substantial, deep-tufted backrest and rhythmic vertical stitching, creating a sophisticated textured look that emphasizes its plush ergonomic support. Architectural profile is anchored by robust legs crafted from Solid Malaysian Oak in a rich Cocoa finish, providing a grounded, warm-toned palette and superior stability. Its balanced W650mm width and SH420mm seat height offer a comfortable and authoritative seating position.

The Hiace 1 Seater Sofa is a single-seat lounge chair measuring W65 × D76 × H80 cm, with a 42 cm seat height. Its Espresso vinyl upholstery, deep-tufted backrest and Cocoa Malaysian Oak legs give a residential lounge, reading corner or professional waiting area a structured vintage-inspired seat with a warm, substantial presence.

Solid wood and plywood sofa frame

The internal frame combines solid wood and plywood, while the visible legs use Solid Malaysian Oak. This construction gives the chair a firm foundation for everyday sitting and helps it hold its shape in a busy living room, study or reception area.

The KD design allows the sofa to arrive in knock-down form for assembly at home. Its single-seat format also makes it easier to plan around existing furniture without committing the space required by a larger sofa.

Espresso vinyl upholstery for everyday seating

The seat and back are wrapped in vinyl in a deep Espresso colour. Its smooth, high-sheen surface can be wiped after routine use, making it practical for households where drinks, dust or frequent visitors are part of daily life.

The dark upholstery works with timber furniture, neutral walls and warm lighting. Cocoa-toned legs add contrast without introducing a bright accent colour.

Deep-tufted backrest and vertical stitching

A deep-tufted backrest and repeated vertical stitching create the chair's main visual detail while giving the back area a supported, cushioned profile. The design adds texture to a plain wall or open lounge arrangement without relying on extra cushions.

Use it as a standalone reading seat, an accent chair beside a coffee table or a separate seat in a compact conversation area. The 42 cm seat height gives a familiar sitting position for moving between the sofa and nearby tables.

Where the one-seater sofa fits

With a 65 cm width, this sofa can be planned as an individual seat in a condo living room, apartment lounge, bedroom corner or home office. Leave room around the sides and front for walking, opening nearby doors and placing a side table.

Before ordering, measure the intended floor area as well as lift, doorway and corridor widths. Include the sofa's full depth when checking clearance beside a coffee table or against a wall.

Assembly and daily care

Set it on a level floor and tighten the connections during assembly so the frame sits evenly before regular use.

For daily upkeep, remove dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe small marks from the vinyl with a lightly damp cloth. Dry the surface afterwards, keep the sofa away from prolonged direct sunlight and allow airflow around it in a humid home.
