Will the Gita Counter Stool fit my kitchen island?
It is designed for a counter-height surface, with a 62 cm seat height. Measure from the floor to the underside of your island and check that there is enough knee clearance for the stool to slide in and for someone to sit comfortably.
How much space should I allow around each stool?
Allow the full 44 cm width for the stool itself, then add comfortable elbow and movement space between neighbouring seats. Measure with the stool pulled out from the counter, especially if it sits beside a cabinet, wall or main walkway.
Can I use it at a standard dining table?
Its raised counter-seat height is intended for kitchen islands, breakfast counters and home bars. A standard dining table is usually lower, so compare the table height with the seat height before pairing them.
How do I clean it in a humid home?
Wipe spills from the vinyl promptly with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it afterwards. Dust the oak regularly, avoid soaking or abrasive cleaners, and maintain airflow around the stool rather than leaving moisture on its surfaces.
