By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Orders<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>When you place an order, we send an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we confirm your order or dispatch it.<\/li>\n<li>We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is discontinued or a price was shown in error. If we do, we refund any payment in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prices and payment<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.<\/li>\n<li>Payment is due when you place your order, using the methods shown at checkout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Products<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We describe each product as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on screen, and natural materials such as wood vary from piece to piece.<\/li>\n<li>Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly. Please check the size of the item against your space before ordering.<\/li>\n<li>Stock levels come from our supplier and are updated every hour. Out-of-stock items can be ordered, and we tell you the expected date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery, ownership and risk<\/h2>\n<p>Delivery is described in our <a href=\"\/delivery-information\/\">Delivery information<\/a>. The items become yours, and are your responsibility, once they are delivered and paid for.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns and warranty<\/h2>\n<p>Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our <a href=\"\/returns-and-refunds\/\">Returns and refunds policy<\/a>. Where a manufacturer&#8217;s warranty applies, we will help you make a claim.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our responsibility to you<\/h2>\n<p>We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
